WARNING: is Victor Cartagena's contribution to the Seeing Peace Billboard Project in San Francisco. This project is a prototype for a larger exhibit slated to be presented at the United Nations in New York in 2009.
The intention of the Seeing Peace Billboard Project is to bring the imagination of five visual artists to engage in a dialogue of international peace through the creation of culturally construed images as to what peace looks like as depicted on full size outdoor advertising billboards.
